Project Phases For the Oceanwest Development

OCEANWEST will be built in multiple phases, as many as 12 or 15, over the next 10 years. Projected completion is 2017, depending on the real estate market. The following areas are currently offered  for sale.

Odyssey

Surround yourself with amazing views of the open Pacific or find your place in the old-growth forest alongside the Wild Pacific Trail. These stunning estate-sized lots will offer owners an opportunity to build their dream home and have the option of creating a small business with the vacation rental and guest house uses available to all of these particular breathtaking properties.

This area also includes the first Resort Condominium  zoned lot.  It is a 3.5 acre waterfront  site perched on the rocks beside Black Rock Resort. It has 180 degree views up and down the coast and is zoned for 30  units.  These units may be rented out by the night.

Cedar Ridge

Cedar Ridge is a tranquil,  forested area with lot sizes from 7,000 sq. ft. to  over half an acre.  Some of the lots have ocean, park or mountain  views.  The area includes two cul-de-sacs and more than 600 m (656 yd) of new sections of the Wild Pacific Trail, connecting the nearby ball field to  the ocean via two new routes.
